Structural Testing and Calculation of Brackets Completed

We have received an expert conclusion following a numerical study on the compression, tension, and bending load-bearing capacities of Aluform’s ventilated facade brackets. These brackets are designed for the cladding of various types of buildings and structures. The tests were conducted by Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU).
The primary objective of the numerical study was to determine the load-bearing capacity and analyze the static performance of the brackets under concentrated loads. The testing simulated real-world conditions, including the system’s own dead weight (bending), negative wind pressure (tension/pull-out), and positive wind pressure (compression).
